Part entertainment lounge, part bar, part amazing interior (check out the gorgeous chandeliers custom-made in Paris), this lounge is the perfect place to grab a drink or a quick meal after work with some colleagues, friends, or significant other. Nancy and I along with our friend Kathleen, had our first meal there recently and it did not disappoint.

Bolu: Whenever I have no clue what to wear (which oddly enough, happens quite often for someone with an overflowing closet), I always browse recent streetwear looks of my personal style inspirations. Currently, the much talked about and debatable supermodel Gigi Hadid is one of these people who’s style I really admire. I would honestly take her whole closet if it was up for grabs. With a great mix of athletic wear, knee high boots, dresses, and coats Gigi’s street style is always envy inducing.

14 Jul #BaliFriendshipMoon: The Gili Islands

Nancy: To be totally honest with you, I didn't completely disconnect from work until I reached Gili Trawangan, one of three small islands close to Lombok. In fact, since the time in Ottawa is the exact opposite of Bali's, I couldn't resist connecting with work before heading out to the ferry and losing wifi. The Gili Islands were all about sunshine, the beach, and a good time. So I finally managed to push work into the back of my mind and live life in the moment.

Bolu: Previously, when Nancy pointed out we had sat on photos since April in Bloggers Solemates, I kept wondering if there was something else we had forgotten. Nancy assured me that we had finally caught up and although it kept nagging at me, I gave us a pat on the back and moved on. Then, a few days later, it hit me. We had forgotten to post the pictures my sister took of us all the way back in January... Face, meet palm.
